Terms and Conditions
The terms for Wild Dragon orders, payments, offers, delivery, returns, refunds, and accounts.
Effective date: 27 September 2026
These terms cover your use of wilddragon.co.in and anything you buy from Bharat Sharma, trading as Wild Dragon. In these terms, "Wild Dragon", "we", "us" and "our" all mean the same business. When you use the website or place an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked from the website.
The short version
- You buy from one seller: Bharat Sharma, trading as Wild Dragon, a sole proprietorship based in Saharanpur, India.
- Your order is not accepted the moment you submit it. It is accepted when we confirm it, and we tell you when that happens.
- Prices are in Indian rupees and include Goods and Services Tax, unless a page clearly says something different. You see the final amount before you submit the order.
- We deliver inside India only, and delivery dates are estimates.
- You have 30 days after delivery to ask for a return. Returns, refunds, cancellations, shipping and copyright each have their own policy page, and those pages are part of these terms.
- Store Credit in your account wallet can be spent only on wilddragon.co.in. You cannot add your own money to it, and a refund goes into it only if you choose that.
- Nothing here takes away a consumer right that the law does not allow us to remove.
That is the summary. The numbered sections below are the terms that apply.
1. Who you are buying from
Legal seller: Bharat Sharma
Trading name: Wild Dragon
Business type: Sole proprietorship
Goods and Services Tax Identification Number: 09GBLPS1270L1ZZ
Address: E-95, Paramount Tulip, Delhi Road, Near G-1 Park, Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh 247001, India
Email: support@wilddragon.co.in
Phone and WhatsApp: +91 94575 96391
2. Who can order, and your account
You must be able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law. A person under 18 cannot do that, so if you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must place the order and manage it.
Please give us accurate information. Keep your password and other sign-in details to yourself, and tell us quickly if you think somebody has used your account without your permission.
If you cannot sign in, you can still reach our support team by email or on WhatsApp.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle account and order information, Google sign-in, and Google Analytics 4 measurement. It also explains how to switch analytics off, using your browser settings or Google's opt-out add-on. Agreeing to these purchase terms does not replace any separate consent that the law may require for tracking.
3. Product information and availability
We work hard to describe every product accurately: the price, the size or variant, the material, the stock status, and the delivery and return information that applies.
Colours can look different on different screens, and photography affects how a colour appears. Please keep that in mind.
Products and sizes can sell out. Placing an order does not guarantee that we accept it. If we cannot supply an item after taking your payment, we cancel that item or the whole order and start the refund that applies.
4. How an order is accepted
Before you submit an order, please check the product, the size or variant, the quantity, the delivery address, the price, any discount, the payment method, and the policy information.
An order acknowledgement only confirms that we received your request. It is not acceptance.
We accept your order when we mark it as confirmed, after the required payment check or cash-on-delivery check, and when we tell you about that confirmation through the website, your account, an SMS message, WhatsApp or email.
Before we accept an order we can reject it or cancel it. Reasons include stock that is no longer available, a pricing or technical error, suspected fraud, a failed payment, an address we cannot deliver to, or a breach of these terms.
If we have already taken payment for an order that we do not accept, or that we cancel, we start a refund through the payment method that applies.
5. Prices, tax and offers
All prices are in Indian rupees. Unless a page clearly says otherwise, the prices we show you include the Goods and Services Tax that applies. You see the final payable amount, including any valid discount, before you submit the order.
An offer applies only within its published eligibility, products, dates, exclusions and limits. The current terms for the "Buy Any 3 T-Shirts for ₹1,299" offer, with examples and how refunds work, are on the Offers page.
If a genuine technical or publication error affects an offer, we can correct or cancel that offer. This is subject to the consumer rights that apply, and to any order we have already accepted at the correctly displayed price.
6. Payment
The checkout screen shows you the payment methods you can use. Razorpay handles our online payments, or another payment provider that we show you. If you have Store Credit, you can also use it at checkout, as explained in the Store Credit section below.
Where the checkout offers a discount for paying online, we calculate it on the eligible order amount and show it to you before you submit the order.
If cash on delivery is available for your order, we ask for no extra fee and no advance payment. You pay the full displayed order total to the delivery partner when the parcel arrives. Standard shipping is currently free, whether you pay online or pay cash on delivery. We show you whether cash on delivery is available, and the complete amount payable, before you submit the order.
Never share your CVV, which is the security code printed on your card, your UPI PIN, which is the personal identification number for a Unified Payments Interface app, your account password, or an OTP, which means a one-time password. Do not share them with Wild Dragon, and do not share them with anyone who claims to represent us.
7. Shipping and delivery
We deliver inside India only.
We normally prepare an order in 1 to 2 business days from the day you place it, counted from our 12:00 noon cut-off, Indian Standard Time. That preparation includes the routine payment check or cash-on-delivery check, and handing the parcel to the courier. The courier then normally takes another 2 to 5 business days.
Business days are Monday to Saturday, and public holidays are not business days. An order placed at noon or later, or on a non-working day, is counted from the next business day. Confirming your order does not start a separate delivery clock.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. A delivery can be affected by the accuracy of your address, courier capacity, weather, public holidays, access to a remote area, or events outside our reasonable control.
The Shipping and Delivery Policy is part of these terms. It gives the current charges, the preparation and courier times, and what we need from you.
8. Cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds
The Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy explains who can return what, by when, and how the refund is worked out. In summary:
- Return window: 30 days after delivery, if the size does not suit you or you changed your mind.
- Cost of return: free. We pay the return label and the courier pickup.
- Restocking fee: none.
- Refund processing time: 2 business days from when we receive the item. That is when we finish our check and start the refund.
- Condition: unworn, unwashed, with the original tags still attached.
Business days are Monday to Saturday, and public holidays are not business days. A parcel that reaches us on a Sunday or a holiday is counted from the next business day.
We normally expect the money to reach you within 14 calendar days of our receiving the item, including your bank's processing time.
If you paid online, the refund goes to your original payment method. If you paid cash on delivery, it goes to your verified bank account or UPI ID. For a confirmed cancellation of a prepaid order before we send it, those same periods run from our cancellation confirmation instead.
You can ask for your refund as Store Credit instead, but only if you want to. We never put a refund into your wallet without your clear choice. If you paid part of an order with Store Credit, that part goes back to your wallet.
Nothing in these terms limits a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Reviews and customer content
Where the website lets you post a review, a question, a photo or anything else, what you post must be truthful, and you must have the right to share it.
We can moderate or remove spam, unlawful material, personal data, threats, unrelated content, or anything that infringes another person's rights.
We will not hide a genuine negative review simply because it is unfavourable to us.
10. Our designs and other intellectual property
Original Wild Dragon artwork, brand assets, photographs, text and product presentation are protected, where Wild Dragon owns or controls the rights that apply.
Buying a product gives you ownership of the physical item only. It does not give you the right to reproduce the design or to use it commercially.
You must not copy, trace, digitise, manufacture, upload or sell an unauthorised reproduction. Wild Dragon does not claim material that belongs to somebody else.
Our Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy explains ownership, permitted use, enforcement, third-party rights, and how to report copying.
11. Using the website properly
Please do not misuse the website. In particular, do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with how the website works or with its security, submit malicious code, scrape protected account information, pretend to be somebody else, make fraudulent purchases, or use the service in an unlawful way.
12. Errors, and changes to the website
We can correct a genuine error in typing, pricing, stock, technical behaviour, or the way a policy is displayed.
We can update, pause or withdraw a website feature where that is reasonably necessary.
If an error affects an order you have already paid for, we contact you and offer a sensible option: cancel it, correct it, or refund it.
13. Our responsibility, and your consumer rights
We are responsible for our obligations under the law that applies.
So far as the law permits, we are not responsible for indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, or for a failure caused by an event outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes a liability or a consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Governing law and disputes
The laws of India govern these terms.
Please contact our support team first, so that we can try to sort your concern out quickly. Subject to the consumer-protection rights that apply, and to any binding rules on jurisdiction, disputes will be handled by the courts with jurisdiction in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
15. Changes to these terms
We can update these terms when the website, our business practices, or the law changes. We publish the new version with a new effective date.
The terms shown when you place an order will normally govern that order, unless the law requires otherwise.

Raising a complaint with us takes nothing away from the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
Dragon Rewards Loyalty Program
Customers with an active account on wilddragon.co.in may earn and redeem Dragon Points on qualifying purchases and activities. All participation in the rewards program is governed by the official Dragon Rewards Terms & Conditions.
Store Credit (Wild Dragon Wallet)
Your Wild Dragon account has a wallet that can hold Store Credit. Store Credit is an amount in Indian rupees that you can spend on wilddragon.co.in. It is run by Wild Dragon alone. It is not a bank account, a payment app, or a gift card.
How Store Credit gets into your wallet
- A refund, only if you choose it. Refunds go to your original payment method, or to your bank account or UPI ID for cash-on-delivery orders. You can ask for Store Credit instead, but we never put a refund into your wallet without your clear choice.
- A goodwill credit from us. Sometimes we add credit to say sorry, for example after a late delivery. This is our choice, and we tell you the amount and the reason when we add it.
You cannot add your own money to the wallet. There is no top-up, and we do not run a cashback programme at present.
Using Store Credit
- You can use it at checkout on wilddragon.co.in. If it does not cover the whole order, you pay the rest with any payment method shown at checkout.
- Store Credit is a way to pay. It does not change the price of a product, and it can be used together with our published offers.
- Store Credit does not currently expire. If we ever introduce an expiry date, it will apply only to credit added after we announce it, and we will tell you before it starts.
- Store Credit has no cash value and earns no interest. It cannot be withdrawn, sold, or moved to another account or person, except in the situations described below.
Changing your mind about a refund taken as Store Credit
If you took a refund as Store Credit and have not spent any of it, you can ask us, within 30 days of it being added, to send it to your original payment method instead, or to your bank account or UPI ID for a cash-on-delivery order. Email support@wilddragon.co.in or send a WhatsApp message to +91 94575 96391.
Returns and cancellations on orders paid with Store Credit
If you paid all or part of an order with Store Credit and we accept a return or confirm a cancellation, the Store Credit part goes back to your wallet and the rest goes back the way you paid it, in the same proportion as you paid. The timings in the Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy apply.
Your wallet history
Every credit and every debit appears in your wallet history with its date, amount and reason. We never change a balance without a history entry.
Mistakes and misuse
If Store Credit is added by mistake, or through fraud or misuse of the website, we can remove it. We will tell you why. This does not affect Store Credit that correctly came from a refund you chose.
If you close your account
You can spend your Store Credit before you close your account. If you close it with unused Store Credit that came from a refund, we send that amount to your original payment method, or to your bank account or UPI ID. Unused goodwill credit is cancelled when the account closes.
If we stop offering Store Credit
We can change or end the Store Credit service. If we end it, we give you at least 30 days' notice. During that time you can spend your credit. Any unused credit that came from a refund is then sent back to your original payment method, or to your bank account or UPI ID.
Dragon Points from Dragon Rewards are separate from Store Credit and follow their own terms.
