Dragon Rewards

Official terms and details of the Wild Dragon Rewards loyalty program.

Effective date: 1 October 2026

What changed on 1 October 2026: We removed two tier perks, early access to new designs and priority WhatsApp support, because we do not offer them. No member had reached those tiers, so no one lost a benefit. Points, tiers, multipliers and birthday bonuses did not change. We also corrected the checkout example in section 3.

How Dragon Rewards works

Program Operator: Bharat Sharma, trading as Wild Dragon. Membership in Dragon Rewards is free and automatic for all customers with a registered account on wilddragon.co.in. Dragon Points are separate from Store Credit in your account wallet, which has its own rules in our Terms and Conditions.

1. Earning Points on Purchases

  • Base Earning: You earn 3 points for every ₹100 actually paid on wilddragon.co.in, calculated after all bundle pricing, discounts, and coupons, and rounded down to the nearest whole point.
  • Accelerated Tiers: Higher Dragon Tiers earn more on every order:
    • Spark Dragon (₹1,299+ lifetime spend): 1.25× points (3.75% effective earn)
    • Flame Claw (₹3,000+ lifetime spend): 1.5× points (4.5% effective earn)
    • Fire Wing (₹6,000+ lifetime spend): 1.75× points (5.25% effective earn)
    • Wild Dragon Elite (₹12,000+ lifetime spend): 2.0× points (6% effective earn)
  • When Points Are Awarded: Points and lifetime qualifying spend are credited to your account only after your order is successfully delivered. Points are not added at checkout, because an order can still be cancelled or returned before delivery.
  • Net Paid Amount: Earning is computed strictly on the merchandise value paid with cash/card/UPI. Amounts paid with previously earned reward points or store credit do not earn points.

2. Activity Rewards & Anti-Abuse Rules

  • First Delivered Order: 50 points welcome bonus awarded after your first delivered order.
  • Profile Completion: 10 points awarded once when you save your full name, date of birth, and fit/style preferences.
  • Product Reviews:
    • 20 points for an approved written review (minimum 50 characters).
    • 50 points for an approved review with an authentic product photo.
    • Verified Buyers Only: Review reward points are awarded only to verified buyers who ordered and received that specific item.
    • Review points for an item you return are also removed.
    • One Review Per Product: You can earn review points only once per unique product. For example, if you purchase a 3-pack bundle of three different designs, you may submit one review for each design. If you purchase multiple units of the same design, only one review can earn reward points.
    • Fair & Honest Feedback: Reward points are identical whether you leave a 1-star, 3-star, or 5-star review. Rewarded reviews display a visible "Reward points received" label on the product page.
    • No points or rewards are offered or provided for reviews on Google, Google Maps, or external websites.
  • Refer a Friend: 100 points awarded to you after a friend you referred receives their first paid order. If that order is later cancelled or returned, the referral points are removed.
  • Daily Activity Limit: A maximum cap of 200 points per day applies across all non-purchase activity rewards (profile, reviews, referrals) to protect against accidental duplicate actions or automated abuse. Points earned above 200 in a single day are capped and do not carry over to the next day.

3. Using Points at Checkout

  • Value: 1 point = ₹1 discount on subsequent orders on wilddragon.co.in.
  • Minimum Threshold: You need at least 50 points in your balance to redeem points.
  • Order Caps: You can redeem points for up to 10% of an order's value, with a hard maximum cap of ₹100 discount per order (whichever is lower). For example, on a ₹1,299 bundle order with 150 points available, the ₹100 cap is lower than 10% of the order, so you can redeem exactly 100 points (₹100 off). Because points work only on prepaid orders, the discount for paying online also applies. The checkout shows your exact final amount before you pay.
  • Prepaid Orders Only: Points can be redeemed only on prepaid orders (UPI, cards, net banking). Points cannot be redeemed on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
  • Stacking with Bundle Offers: Points can be used together with the Buy Any 3 for ₹1,299 bundle offer, subject to the standard 10% / ₹100 cap.
  • No Cash Value: Dragon Points are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be assigned or sold.

4. Expiry

Dragon Points expire 365 days from the date they were credited to your account. Your current balance and transaction history are visible at any time in your customer account under My Rewards.

5. The 5 Dragon Tiers & Upgrades

Tiers are determined strictly by cumulative spend on delivered orders that were not returned or refunded:

  • Tier Qualification Timing: An order that reaches a tier threshold (e.g. a ₹1,299 first bundle order) earns points at your current tier rate (Dragon Egg 1.0×). Once that qualifying order is delivered, your tier upgrades to Spark Dragon, and all subsequent orders earn at the upgraded 1.25× multiplier.
  • Returns & Tier Adjustments: Because tiers are based on cumulative spend on delivered, non-returned merchandise, returning an order deducts that order's spend from your lifetime spend. If your non-returned spend falls below the tier threshold, your account tier will be adjusted down accordingly.
  • Free Shipping Note: Standard shipping is currently free for all customers, so free shipping is not offered as a separate tier perk.

6. Birthday Bonus Rules

  • Annual Reward: Your tier's birthday bonus points are awarded once per calendar year on your birthday.
  • 30-Day Anti-Abuse Period: Your date of birth must be saved in your account profile at least 30 days before your birthday to receive points in that calendar year.
  • Date of Birth Updates: If you change or update your saved date of birth in your profile, the 30-day waiting period restarts from the date of the change to prevent date manipulation.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Points Reversal: If an order is cancelled, returned, or refunded, all purchase points earned from that order are deducted from your balance, and the qualifying spend is removed from your lifetime spend.
  • Bonus Reversal: If an order triggered a first-order welcome bonus or a referral reward for a friend, that bonus is also reversed if the qualifying order is cancelled or returned. Review points for an item you return are also removed.
  • Already Used Points: If you already used points from an order you return, your points balance can go below zero. New points you earn will clear it first.
  • Partial bundle returns: If you return some items from an order, we recalculate your points on the amount you kept and remove the difference. The refund itself follows our Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy.

8. Fair Use & Account Integrity

  • One Account Per Customer: Rewards accounts are limited to one per individual. If we find self-referrals, multiple accounts used to collect bonuses, or manipulated orders, we may cancel the points involved and close the related rewards account. You can contact us if you think we made a mistake.
  • Closing Your Account: If you close your Wild Dragon account, any unused points are cancelled.
  • Program Modifications: We reserve the right to amend or discontinue Dragon Rewards. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice on this page before making any change that reduces existing point balances or tier benefits. Earned points remain usable through their stated 365-day expiry.
