Privacy Policy
What personal information Wild Dragon collects, why we use it, who we share it with, and how you can ask us to correct or delete it.
Effective date: 13 September 2026
This policy explains how Bharat Sharma, trading as Wild Dragon, handles your personal information. In this policy, "Wild Dragon", "we", "us" and "our" all mean the same business. "You" means the person using our website or our services.
It covers what we collect, why we use it, who we share it with, and how we protect it, when you visit wilddragon.co.in, create an account, place an order, contact us, or use our services in some other way.
The short version
- We collect what we need to run your order: your name and contact details, your order and account details, your messages to support, and basic device information.
- We do not want your full card number or your CVV, and we never ask for them. Your payment provider handles those.
- Sign in with Google is optional. We ask Google only for your basic identity, and we never receive your Google password.
- We share your details with our payment provider, our courier and our technical providers, and only when there is a reason to.
- We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, cart activity, checkout and orders. Section 8 explains the current settings and the privacy controls available to you.
- We do not sell your personal information for money.
- You can ask us to confirm, correct or delete your information. Write to support@wilddragon.co.in.
That is the summary. The numbered sections below give the detail.
1. Who is responsible for your information
Bharat Sharma, trading as Wild Dragon, is responsible for the personal information described here.
Business address: E-95, Paramount Tulip, Delhi Road, Near G-1 Park, Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh 247001, India
Email: support@wilddragon.co.in
Phone and WhatsApp: +91 94575 96391
2. What we collect
It depends on how you use the website. It can include:
- Who you are and how to reach you. Your name, email address, phone number, billing address and delivery address.
- Your orders. The products, sizes, quantities, prices, discounts, payment status, delivery status, returns, refunds, and the messages we exchange about an order.
- Your account. Your login identifiers and your account preferences.
- Payment information from the payment provider. The transaction identifier, the payment status, the type of payment method, and limited masked details. Masked means most of the number is hidden, for example only the last four digits of a card.
- Refund details for cash-on-delivery orders. For an approved refund we collect the bank account details or UPI ID we need to check who is receiving the money and to send it. We use these for the refund itself, for matching payments, for preventing fraud, and for the records we must keep, and we share them only with providers who need them for those purposes. We never need your UPI PIN, an OTP, your CVV or your account password.
- Your messages to support. What you write, call details, photos, videos, and anything else you choose to send us.
- Device and usage information. Your IP address, which is the network address your device uses, plus browser type, device type, the pages you view, the page you arrived from, your approximate location, cookie identifiers, and how you move around the site.
- Security information that we need in order to protect customers, payments, accounts and the website itself.
We do not intend to collect or store your complete card number or your CVV, which is the security code printed on your card. Your payment provider's systems handle card and UPI payments.
3. Sign in with Google
This is optional. You do not have to use it.
If you choose it, we send you to Google and ask for three basic permissions only: openid, email and profile. Depending on what your Google Account holds, and on the permission screen you approve, Google may give us your Google account identifier, your name, your email address, whether that address is verified, and your profile picture. We also process the security values Google issues with the sign-in, because we need them to check the request is genuine.
We use that information only to:
- sign you in, and create, link or manage your Wild Dragon account
- show basic account details, such as your name or your picture
- keep your sessions working, prevent fraud and unauthorised access, and give you account support
- meet the legal, security and record-keeping requirements that apply to us
We never receive your Google password. The sign-in does not ask for access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts, Google Calendar, Google Photos, Google Payments, or any other Google service beyond the three basic permissions above.
We do not sell this data. We do not pass it to advertising platforms or data brokers. We do not use it for personalised or interest-based advertising, and we do not use it to judge creditworthiness.
Our hosting, security and technical providers may process it, but only where that is reasonably necessary to run and protect the account service, and only under proper confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
How long we keep it. While your Wild Dragon account is active. After that, only for as long as we reasonably need it for security, a dispute, legal compliance, or another purpose described in this policy.
If you disconnect Google. Removing Wild Dragon from the connections in your Google Account stops any future access. It does not automatically delete what is already stored in your Wild Dragon account, and it does not delete records the law requires us to keep.
To ask us to delete your account, or the Google-derived profile information in it, email support@wilddragon.co.in. We may check your identity first.
4. Why we use it
We may use personal information to:
- run the website and show you product information
- sign users in and manage customer accounts, including through Google sign-in when you choose it
- take payments and fulfil, deliver, cancel, return, exchange or refund orders
- send you messages about a transaction, an order, a delivery or a support request
- answer questions and complaints, and respond to legal requests
- find and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents and payment disputes
- keep our business, tax, accounting and compliance records
- measure how the website performs, and improve what we offer
- send marketing messages where that is permitted, always with a way to opt out
- follow the law that applies, and enforce our terms
5. Who we share it with
Only where it is reasonably necessary for the purposes above. That can mean:
- Razorpay, or another payment provider used at checkout
- Delhivery, or another courier used to deliver an order or collect a return
- Google, for the Google Analytics 4 measurement described in section 8, and separately when you choose Sign in with Google as described in section 3
- our providers for website hosting, cloud storage, email, messaging, customer support, security, fraud prevention, analytics and other technical services
- advertising and measurement providers, including Meta, if their technology is active on the website
- professional advisers, regulators, courts, law-enforcement authorities or other parties, where that is needed to protect rights or to comply with the law
- a successor organisation, as part of a lawful sale, transfer, restructuring or reorganisation of the business
These providers may process information under their own terms and privacy notices.
We do not sell personal information for money.
6. Payments
Razorpay, or another provider shown at checkout, processes online payments. That provider may collect and process your payment credentials directly.
We normally receive only the transaction status, the transaction identifier, the type of payment method, and limited masked details. We need those to manage your order, a refund, a fraud review or a dispute.
Never send us your complete card number, your CVV, your UPI PIN, your account password, or an OTP, which means a one-time password. Not by email, not by phone, not on WhatsApp.
7. Delivery and returns
To deliver an order, or to collect an approved return, we give the courier what it needs.
That can include your name, your phone number, your address, the order value, the payment type, the parcel details, and any pickup or delivery instructions.
8. Cookies, analytics and advertising
Cookies and browser storage
We use cookies and similar browser storage for sessions, accounts, the cart, checkout, security and your preferences. Cookies are small files your browser stores. The necessary ones keep the shop working. Analytics ones help us understand how people use it.
Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to measure visits, product interest, shopping activity and checkout performance, and to improve the website. It is active as at the effective date of this policy. It is separate from the optional Sign in with Google service in section 3.
Analytics information can include the pages you visit and the page you came from, browser and device details, language, screen resolution, approximate location, session and engagement information, and cookie or browser identifiers. Your browser sends information, including its IP address, to Google when it contacts Google's analytics service. These identifiers and transaction references are not the same as completely anonymous information, and we do not describe them that way.
Our shopping measurement records things like viewing a product list or a product, selecting one, adding or removing a cart item, viewing the cart, starting checkout, completing the shipping and payment steps, and placing an eligible order. The details recorded can include product names, stock-keeping unit codes, sizes and colours, quantities, item prices, discounts or coupon codes, currency, shipping and tax amounts, order value, whether payment was cash on delivery or online, and your order number as the transaction reference. The address of the order confirmation page may also contain that order reference.
The shipping and payment event names simply describe checkout steps. Our shopping event fields are designed to leave out your name, email address, phone number, delivery or billing address, bank details, UPI ID, payment credentials and Google sign-in profile information.
For a cash-on-delivery order, a purchase may be recorded when a genuine order is placed, before any money is collected. That reporting event does not mean the order has been paid for, delivered or accepted by us, and it changes none of your cancellation, return or refund rights.
Google Analytics can use first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to recognise browsers and sessions. We also use browser storage to avoid counting the same purchase twice in the same browser. Clearing that storage, or using a different browser, can reset those records.
How to switch analytics off
Google Analytics is active on this website and runs by default. That describes how the website currently works. It does not mean that visiting the site, placing an order, or reading this policy counts as consent to tracking.
We do not currently offer an on-site cookie control. You can switch analytics off in two ways instead:
- Your browser settings. You can block or delete cookies and site data there. Blocking cookies alone may not stop every analytics request.
- Google's opt-out add-on. In a supported browser you can install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on, which prevents Google Analytics JavaScript from sharing your visit activity with Google Analytics. It is an optional tool, not a condition of shopping with us, and it does not stop information reaching Wild Dragon or other services.
If we add an on-site control later, we will update this section to say so.
Two things worth knowing. Blocking necessary cookies can break sign-in, your cart or the checkout. And deleting cookies does not delete information we already collected. For any privacy request, contact us as described in section 12. Nothing here replaces a consent requirement or any other privacy protection the law gives you.
Google: how it processes this, and its advertising services
Analytics information is shared with Google and may be processed on servers outside India. Google explains its own practices and controls in how Google uses information from sites that use its services and in Google's Privacy Policy.
Google Ads is a separate service from Google Analytics 4, even though both come from Google. As at the effective date of this policy, our website configuration enables Google Analytics 4 measurement but does not enable the site's Google Ads conversion destination, enhanced conversions or remarketing. Switching on Google Analytics 4 does not by itself activate any of those.
Meta: Facebook and Instagram advertising tools
Meta is a different company from Google, and its advertising tools are separate from everything described above.
As at the effective date of this policy, Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API are switched off in our site settings.
If we turn any of this on
If we activate an advertising integration, whether from Google or from Meta, we will update this notice and put in place the consent or other controls that the use requires, including an on-site way for you to refuse marketing tracking. We will not start advertising tracking quietly and describe it later.
9. Marketing messages
Where it is permitted, we may use your contact details to send you offers or product updates.
You can opt out of promotional email and messages at any time. Use the unsubscribe option in the message, or write to support@wilddragon.co.in. We may still send you messages about an order you placed.
Choosing Sign in with Google does not by itself allow us to use that data for marketing. Any marketing use needs a separate lawful basis or your permission, and your right to opt out still applies.
10. How long we keep information
Only for as long as we reasonably need it for the purposes described above: completing transactions, giving support, preventing fraud, keeping tax and accounting records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations.
How long that is depends on the type of record and the requirements attached to it.
When we no longer need something, we take reasonable steps to delete it or make it anonymous.
11. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal information.
No website, network or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
12. Your choices and your requests
Subject to the law that applies, you can ask us to:
- confirm whether we hold personal information about you
- correct information that is wrong or incomplete
- delete information that is no longer needed, other than what we must keep for legal and operational reasons
- disconnect Google sign-in, and delete the Google-derived profile information in your account
- withdraw your consent, where we rely on consent
- stop sending you promotional messages
- look again at a privacy complaint
Send your request to support@wilddragon.co.in, with enough detail for us to find your account or your order. We may need to check your identity before we act on it.
13. Children
This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age.
Someone under 18 should not place an order on their own. A parent or legal guardian should place the order and manage it. This is because a person under 18 cannot enter into a binding contract under Indian law, and an order is a contract.
We do not aim our products or our marketing at children.
If you believe a child has given us personal information, or has placed an order without a parent or guardian involved, please contact us. We will look into it. We will delete the information where that is appropriate, and we can cancel or unwind the order.
14. Links to other websites
Our website may link to other websites or services. Their own notices govern what they do, and we are not responsible for their practices.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices, our services or our legal obligations change. We publish the new version with a new effective date.
We may also announce an important change through the website or another suitable channel.
